Stakeholders know that their voice and input matters when they feel they are more than just “seat warmers” in the meeting space (Designing for voice, not just presence). If facilitators orally reflect back what is said by stakeholders, it is one way to confirm they are heard. Personally, I appreciated the section on using data as a mirror – I will use this tool to deepen participants experience and connection towards the “evidence and impact”. This was a great article.
