Communities of Practice
You may know this as Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Instructional Rounds, Looking at Student Work (LASW).
Overview
Communities of practice are learning spaces for professional growth tailored to your organization’s needs, where participants reflect on their practices and provide one another powerful feedback on real-world challenges to better serve their students.
Skilled CLEE coaches facilitate protocols and collaborative tools in a series of sessions with your organization. This creates a learning space where participants build skills that provide focused feedback to colleagues. The most effective way to transform educational leadership and practice is from within the community and among colleagues. Best practices are even better when shared!
