Open Event Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made by emailing clee@clee.org. Any cancellation 14 days or more prior to the start date of a session is fully-refundable. Cancellations within 13 days of the start date of a session are eligible to have a replacement participant attend or can be credited to a future session. Cancellations day of the session or no-shows are nonrefundable nor eligible for a credit.

Book Orders

Damaged orders can be replaced. Please send photos of damaged items to clee@clee.org. Unopened orders can be returned at buyer’s expense and refunded. Opened orders are nonrefundable.
